Comment: Carpet appears clean but needed re-do for stains and dull areas. Re do took care of lingering issues except for a couple of stains. I was told that the re-do truck was significantly more powerful that the initial truck so cleaning would be better. While this was good to hear, he made me feel that my carpets overall had not been cleaned as good as they could have been if we had the better truck/equipment. Technician and assistance were very good.
