Comment: Good Afternoon- I have always been very pleased with HCCR, however when my carpet was dropped off yesterday I realized I have another that I wanted to get cleaned. I understand the tech needed to call for space but I was told that I would have to pay a service fee of $3.00, which honestly disappointed me and made me feel I was being gouged. I realize we are only talking $3 but the truck was there, it was empty and I'm throwing work your way and you want to charge me $3, that honestly seems ridiculous. I really like your company but there are ways to attract customers and there are ways to anger and drive customers away and that nickel and diming does the later.
