Comment: Service technicians were on time. Called to let me know the arrival time. Definitely knew the service which needed to be performed--dryer vent cleaning. They assessed the work and explained what they would be doing. The technician tried to replace the exterior dryer vent cover but could not when a replacement could not be found.
