Comment: Really like that they give you a price and don't try to do add-ons like a lot of other air duct cleaning companies do. A little disappointed that they didn't do exactly what I was told they would do. They didn't use the tool to get down in the vents like a brush or something to get to the corners, which is what I was told they would do. The tech said he didn't know what I was talking about. Also, would have liked a picture of the vents after cleaned. Overall they seemed to do a good job. Was a little surprised that the techs weren't wearing gloves or a mask considering everything going on.
