• Comment: I was beyond happy with the service technicians each time they have come to our house. They informed me of options like having furniture cleaned, but were never pushy. They gave a fair price and the carpet looked like new!
  
  Also, the office person, 'C.' has always been helpful, regularly offering me coupons and recently, she went out of her way to produce a receipt for a past cleaning. I needed this for my carpet manufacturer to maintain the warranty!
