- Comment: My appt. was somehow altered which created a major inconvenience for me. The tech. arrived almost 3 hrs. later than I was told. However, he was extremely apologetic for the error and did provide excellent service. They also gave me an additional discount due to the error. In conclusion, I was very satisfied with the end result and my carpet looked great. Jamal, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional and respectful. I will use this service again.
