• Comment: I should save this review until(if) I get my rugs back!
  However, they don’t seem very accommodating.
  My rugs were picked up on October 19 actually just one fit in truck the other one was supposed to be picked up on the 20th. They called after all day waiting to tell me if they could come the next day to pick up. Ok sure. Call me to schedule a drop off of November 9th
  Took off to wait for my rugs. A voice mail was left on my phone
  Who in Gods name leaves a voice mail without confirmation.
  Their truck was broke. And will be here on the 15th .
  Sweet Girl said I need appt to pick up my rug myself guess when Nov 15th.
  Also my couch was cleaned on Oct 19 I would give it a 8 out 10
  Left a stain or two snd I was told I could wet it and try but they didn’t want to wet it any more.
  I feel awful giving such a bad review! Maybe this is just a isolated case! My luck
