Very professional. The technician texted me 30 min out. I was given a 4 hour window and he arrived at the beginning of the 2nd hour, so I wasn't kept waiting. The carpet looks great. We have two new puppies that we have been housetraining and he got out all of the stains. There is one small area that still smells a little, so I'm going to ask them to come back to treat the area, but I would definitely use them again!
UPDATE: They came back, free of any additional charges, to re-deoderize and clean the one area. Same guy. Very prompt. It no longer smells. I would highly recommend their services. -
