Comment: We reached out to various contractors to clean our dryer vent (~March 2024). Hydro clean was very prompt/detailed in their response and the prices were the most transparent/fair. We decided to go with Hydro Clean and they were able to get us scheduled pretty quickly. The technicians that arrived were very courteous/professional and it appeared that our dryer issues have been fixed.

Fast forward a few months, we started having dryer issues again. We suspected there was more lint that was not cleaned out so we reached back to Hydro Clean to see if they could help remedy the situation (Note: We live in a unique home which is a split level townhouse on the 3rd/4th floor, so the dryer vents out to the roof which makes it more complicated than a typical job). Everyone I interacted with phone/email were extremely understanding and they had no issue sending out an expert technician very quickly to see what additional work was needed.

Based on the recent work done, it appears that our issues have been fixed. We really appreciate the customer service provided by Hydro Clean and respect that they stand behind the quality of their service. They practice what they preach! I would highly recommend Hydro Clean to my neighbors/family.
