- Comment: Your employees came in very respectful quick to listen to what my concerns and the cleaning areas I really appreciated the offer to have my rugs treated, especially for pet stains and the guarantee and I would’ve 100% taken advantage of it especially the way your employee explained it had it not been that we are replacing the rugs in the next six months Everything looks great was done timely manner
