• Comment: I had a great experience with Hydroclean recently when their Teflon application was not quite enough for my dog's diarrhea. The staff had no problem promptly making an appointment to deal with the stains for free per warranty. Josh West arrived, and he did an excellent job! He was also empathetic (and friendly to my dog!) and did a thorough job of cleaning the stains. He was great. And the Teflon warranty is still in effect for the rest of the year! Nice to know that a company stands by its word! Thanks Hydroclean!
