Comment: We've used Hydro Clean many times. Today we were visited by Josh, who arrived early in the appointment window and called to let us know his ETA. Always a nice consideration that is all too often missed. Once we reviewed the areas to be cleaned, Josh explained the process and we confirmed the applications to be made. He got to work, very unobtrusively and considerate as I was working (remotely) in an area he was working too. He was efficient, considerate, respectful of our home and time and even asked that we confirm we were satisfied with the work before putting his equipment away. Very please with Josh's professionalism and thoroughness. Not to mention his upbeat demeanor and focus on providing good customer service and a satisfactory job too. Never hesitate to call Hydro Clean. They are consistently on time and go above and beyond in completing the task at hand. We've never been disappointed in the outcome. Ask for Josh too. He's a good representation of himself and the company.
