Comment: I asked both of their names and they told me and now I’ve forgotten. One of the 2 men had been here before and shampooed my area rugs and carpet. They were both very professional and friendly. I can’t say enough about them except to say, in addition to the excellent cleaning job they do with the rugs their friendliness is why I’ve been using Hydro-Clean for years. They took their time and also remeasured when I said I thought the new girl answering the phones who gave me the estimate was high on some of the pricing. Christine has always made my appointments and given me pricing. She’s wonderful. I hope she still works for Hydro Clean. Thanks again! See you next time.
