I have had carpets cleaned before and I’ve always been disappointed. I have never had furniture cleaned, but thanks to a new dog , a grandson, and the occasional spill… My furniture looked terrible as did the carpet and the staircase. I did some research and chose this business. Prices were reasonable, and people gave good reviews. Long story short, I could not recommend This business enough. The technicians were awesome. The service was exceptional. My furniture looks brand new and so does the carpeting on the stairs and in the rooms. If you need service, this is who you want to do business with. A great company that stands behind their work. Didn’t take a penny until the job was done and I was satisfied. I can’t say enough good things about this business. They called me after the service not the next day, but almost 2 weeks later to check in and make sure that I was completely satisfied. Again, this is who you want to do business with!!!

I have never been so satisfied with a service that I’ve purchased. From beginning to end these guys are completely amazing. I had average wear and tear on my carpeted stairs. They looked filthy and it was really starting to bother me. My couch and chair looked pretty bad, considering a dog, a baby , and a few spills over the last couple of years. I was ready to throw the furniture away. I started doing some research into carpet cleaning because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past . I called this company. They gave me an amazing price. When the gentlemen came, they could not have been more professional. They explained every step in the process. Long story short it looks like I have brand new furniture and brand new rugs. Everything was completely dry within eight hours. Again, I cannot say enough about this company . For those who are kind of on the fence about getting their carpets and furniture cleaned this is who you want to go with. Amazing amazing amazing ! I will be telling everybody about this company.

Kyle was professional, efficient and thorough. He explained everything and the carpets looked fresh, smelled clean and looked great! It was nice to move into s home where the carpets were freshened up. Would definitely use then again for our recliner and tile floor.

James did an amazing job on my upholstery. He was very helpful, efficient and explained everything very thoroughly while having a very friendly demeanor. Their price is slightly more than what I previously shopped around for, but their cleaning comes with a warranty so it's worth it. Especially if you have kids or pets that may leave stains regularly. Would definitely recommend

The professionalism shown from the initial inquiry with a Wanda the customer service rep as well as Paige, to Devin the technician that gave estimates for the project, to James and David the two technicians that did the actual assignment, was exemplary and what made it even better was personable manner of everyone. The elimination of the past odor from past tenant was very noticeable the minute the job was almost completed. The look of the carpet, though still damp as it was just completed, is soo much better than the state is was left in. James and David did a fabulous job. This was a great value for the cost and I couldn’t ask for better.

Really glad we went with Hydroclean! They were professional, communicative, and affordable. I think the technician who did our floor’s name was James iirc. He was friendly, quick, and did a great job! Our basement carpet had some serious funk and now it’s gone. It’s like a whole new room.

I hired Hydroclean to clean my couch and boat cushions. Originally, I only wanted my boat cushions done. However, out of all the quotes I got, Hydrroclean was the only honest one and said there was a minimum cleaning charge and I could add more services to meet the minimum. Everyone else just gave me the minimum without mentioning the actual price of ONLY the boat cushions. On the day of service, James was on time, super professional, and asked me questions to make sure everything was done right. I'm SO happy with my clean cushions. Highly recommend!

James was terrific! Not many times someone gets to your house early! Sometimes you just hope they’re on time he was early, very polite, worked quickly, very thorough. He was so nice that we even asked him if he would mind just adding in an extra chair, and he had no problem with it whatsoever. Thank you Hydro clean! James called me and let me know approximately when he would arrive. Really liked that. He was friendly and professional - explaining everything he was going to do. He also advised me on the best cleaning choice for my upholstered chairs. I also had 2 outdoor cushions to be cleaned and he called me in to discuss them. He tried to clean one and then determined that they were spots of mold and not dirt. I was very surprised and pleased that he told me that - they were new in June 2017 and were supposed to be mold resistant. Some people would just try to clean them anyway and say they did the best they could. I appreciate his honesty - he also asked me for a black bag and tied them up for me. He also helped me arrange the furniture so I could keep our dog off the rug until it dried. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend Hydro Clean to my friends (this is the 2nd time I've used you). I would also ask that they request James! Thank you for the great job!
