Everyone was so nice and came on time in the scheduled window. Donovan was great. He came to check our dryer vent. He was friendly and communicated everything to help me understand what they found. Kyle was also great. He did our carpets and explained all the options for me. They looked amazing when he was finished. I would use them again for a future service.

We reached out to various contractors to clean our dryer vent (~March 2024). Hydro clean was very prompt/detailed in their response and the prices were the most transparent/fair. We decided to go with Hydro Clean and they were able to get us scheduled pretty quickly. The technicians that arrived were very courteous/professional and it appeared that our dryer issues have been fixed. Fast forward a few months, we started having dryer issues again. We suspected there was more lint that was not cleaned out so we reached back to Hydro Clean to see if they could help remedy the situation (Note: We live in a unique home which is a split level townhouse on the 3rd/4th floor, so the dryer vents out to the roof which makes it more complicated than a typical job). Everyone I interacted with phone/email were extremely understanding and they had no issue sending out an expert technician very quickly to see what additional work was needed. Based on the recent work done, it appears that our issues have been fixed. We really appreciate the customer service provided by Hydro Clean and respect that they stand behind the quality of their service. They practice what they preach! I would highly recommend Hydro Clean to my neighbors/family.

Six star review. If I could I would. I Called yesterday at 515pm to see if they could help me with my clogged dryer vent. They offered competitive pricing and arrived at 820am this morning. Work was completed by 940am and everything was perfect. Including taping up my dryer vent with zero leaks. Amazing. Donovan deserves a raise!!!

Donovan and William was a pleasure to work with. Becauase this was my 1st experience having my vents cleaned I didn't know what questions to ask, however the young men made feel as though I was in good hands. I had the vents throughout my entire house cleaned along with dryer vent and something call A-coil cleaned. Didn't know anything about it until Donovan explained it, the service had my house smelling like lemons lol, and that was great!. Thanks young men for your service.

Hydro Clean did it again! We use Hydro Clean for carpet and ventilation duct cleaning about every two years. The service has been consistently outstanding. This year the air duct cleaning service was performed by Donovan and William. They patiently and very professionally addressed all our questions, managed the equipment carefully around the house and completed the job on-time. Albin and Michael cleaned our carpets and entertainment room furniture. They paid careful attention to details, were very professional in their interactions with us and completed the job on-time. In addition, the customer service provided by Christina and Paige was outstanding. The online scheduling service is very convenient. Strongly recommend Hydro Clean.

Donovan and Treyvon did an excellent job! They came exactly in the time window they were scheduled to, we’re very professional, and completed the whole cleaning service in about 2 hours for a multi-story townhome. Additionally, they were very courteous about maneuvering around my sleeping infant and giving me a heads up whenever they would be working near or in her room. I would undoubtedly go to hydro clean again for any duct/vent cleaning services.

Using Hydro Clean was the best decision. We've never had our air ducts clean and it was so worth it! Eric and Donovan arrived in a timely manner (even giving us a heads up that they were on the way) and quickly got to work. They answered all of our questions and were very kind and professional. The process didn't take nearly as long as we thought and Donovan was kind enough to share before and after photos which were quite astonishing! Before leaving they cleaned up their materials and even hosed down our return vents. Now our homes smells clean and we are breathing a sigh of relief. Thanks Hydro Clean. We will definitely use your services again in the future!

Had a fabulous experience! Ducts were cleaned like they’ve never been before. We know now we got scammed on our previous job… Thank you Hydro queen for being honest considerate and hard-working! The two texts that were here were fabulous! So polite and courteous as well as hard-working and conscientious! I believe their names were Donovan and Jawan (forgive me for wrong spellings)! I would highly recommend hydra clean for any of your needs! PS… The last time we had the was for the carpets and they rocked that as well! Positive: Professionalism I called Hydroclean for a dryer vent cleaning As I was having issues with air flow. Donovan came out and cleaned the vent and showed me that my pipe was actually disconnected. He showed me on his camera/scope and informed me of the next steps. I will use their services again.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I’ve worked with HydroClean before and that is why I had no hesitation calling them again to clean 4 white dining room chairs and one large white sofa (we have 2 black labs). Donovan was on time, professional, organized and did a great job cleaning furniture that has only been spot cleaned over the years.
