Jacob and Jason arrived at our home to clean and seal our duct work. Nothing had been done with our duct work since the house was built in the 1970's. They shook my hand and proceeded to get to work. I can tell you that they both worked extremely hard. There were a few setbacks and they did not lose their cool. They also stayed late to make sure the job was done correctly and completely. It was a pleasure to have them in our home, and I highly recommend the company as we have used Hydro Clean in the past. Thanks!

I have had carpets cleaned before and I’ve always been disappointed. I have never had furniture cleaned, but thanks to a new dog , a grandson, and the occasional spill… My furniture looked terrible as did the carpet and the staircase. I did some research and chose this business. Prices were reasonable, and people gave good reviews. Long story short, I could not recommend This business enough. The technicians were awesome. The service was exceptional. My furniture looks brand new and so does the carpeting on the stairs and in the rooms. If you need service, this is who you want to do business with. A great company that stands behind their work. Didn’t take a penny until the job was done and I was satisfied. I can’t say enough good things about this business. They called me after the service not the next day, but almost 2 weeks later to check in and make sure that I was completely satisfied. Again, this is who you want to do business with!!!

Everyone was so nice and came on time in the scheduled window. Donovan was great. He came to check our dryer vent. He was friendly and communicated everything to help me understand what they found. Kyle was also great. He did our carpets and explained all the options for me. They looked amazing when he was finished. I would use them again for a future service.

I have never been so satisfied with a service that I’ve purchased. From beginning to end these guys are completely amazing. I had average wear and tear on my carpeted stairs. They looked filthy and it was really starting to bother me. My couch and chair looked pretty bad, considering a dog, a baby , and a few spills over the last couple of years. I was ready to throw the furniture away. I started doing some research into carpet cleaning because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past . I called this company. They gave me an amazing price. When the gentlemen came, they could not have been more professional. They explained every step in the process. Long story short it looks like I have brand new furniture and brand new rugs. Everything was completely dry within eight hours. Again, I cannot say enough about this company . For those who are kind of on the fence about getting their carpets and furniture cleaned this is who you want to go with. Amazing amazing amazing ! I will be telling everybody about this company.

We reached out to various contractors to clean our dryer vent (~March 2024). Hydro clean was very prompt/detailed in their response and the prices were the most transparent/fair. We decided to go with Hydro Clean and they were able to get us scheduled pretty quickly. The technicians that arrived were very courteous/professional and it appeared that our dryer issues have been fixed. Fast forward a few months, we started having dryer issues again. We suspected there was more lint that was not cleaned out so we reached back to Hydro Clean to see if they could help remedy the situation (Note: We live in a unique home which is a split level townhouse on the 3rd/4th floor, so the dryer vents out to the roof which makes it more complicated than a typical job). Everyone I interacted with phone/email were extremely understanding and they had no issue sending out an expert technician very quickly to see what additional work was needed. Based on the recent work done, it appears that our issues have been fixed. We really appreciate the customer service provided by Hydro Clean and respect that they stand behind the quality of their service. They practice what they preach! I would highly recommend Hydro Clean to my neighbors/family.

the sales team Christina and Paige nnI delt with were very courteous and professional, explaining every service I needed to clean my carpets. I was contacted the day before the service with a reminder and on the day of the service was called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were on the way. The service man Dave did an amazing job. He was very thorough and respectful of my home. This is the first time I have had carpets professionally cleaned having always used a rental or my own carpet cleaner. I would strongly recommend having Hydroclean to clean your carpet.

I asked both of their names and they told me and now I’ve forgotten. One of the 2 men had been here before and shampooed my area rugs and carpet. They were both very professional and friendly. I can’t say enough about them except to say, in addition to the excellent cleaning job they do with the rugs their friendliness is why I’ve been using Hydro-Clean for years. They took their time and also remeasured when I said I thought the new girl answering the phones who gave me the estimate was high on some of the pricing. Christine has always made my appointments and given me pricing. She’s wonderful. I hope she still works for Hydro Clean. Thanks again! See you next time.

Had to get my sister's house sanitized before she came home from the hospital. The day we were originally scheduled the tech didn't have the right equipment. Great customer service Christina was great. I tried this company as a first timer initially I was debating using Stanly steamer. But I’m glad I chose Hydro Clean. I have to admit their initial service cleaning could have been better but I equate this to the junior representative they sent out to clean my carpet. However, I notified them that there were still noticeable stains remaining and the without hesitation, Hydo Clean sent a more Sr. representative and he did a excellent job. I was very please and satisfied. I would highly recommend Hydro Clean. Their a great company that takes pride in putting the customer first to assure the customer is happy 100% satisfied. 2 thumbs up. 👍.
